Website information you provide
Our New Member Registration form asks for your name and email address. Phone number, city or state, and your message are optional. It also records your agreement for DSOI to contact you about your registration. Please share only what is needed for your inquiry; do not send financial details, identification documents, or other confidential information.
KJV/Apocrypha Bible app
The main Bible, study, lesson, note, highlight, bookmark, history, and reading-plan features store their information locally on the user’s device unless the user intentionally exports or shares it. The public app does not contain the main administrator’s private scripture notes.
The members-only Precepts area uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. Registration uses the member’s name, email address, password credentials handled by Firebase Authentication, membership approval status, administrator permissions where applicable, and Precept content a user chooses to save or publish online. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not displayed publicly.
Microphone
Microphone access is used only after permission is granted and the user activates voice navigation or voice search. Recognized words are used to perform the requested navigation or search. The app does not intentionally record or store audio recordings.
How information is used and shared
DSOI uses website registration details to respond to interest in visiting or joining and to arrange follow-up with a congregation leader. Bible-app information may be processed by Google Firebase to provide authentication and synchronized Precept access. DSOI does not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Users control content they intentionally copy, export, share, or send to another application.
Form processing and email
When you submit the website form, FormSubmit processes your submission and sends it to DSOI’s congregation inbox at devotedsoldiersofisrael@gmail.com. The submission is also handled by the email provider. FormSubmit may present a spam check. These services process information under their own policies.
Live chat and website analytics
The Contact page uses tawk.to for live conversations and offline messages. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure visits, page views, and website performance. Embedded content and external services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Retention and deletion
Local Bible-app information can be removed through the app or by clearing or uninstalling the app. A member may request deletion of the member account and associated online data through the in-app Request Account Deletion control or the page below. Website registration information may also be corrected or deleted by contacting DSOI.
